Очень плохое обслуживание, плохое ощущение от сломанного скутера. Поддержка Telegram очень плохая. Пришлось ждать 40+ минут. Нет возможности остановить аренду в чрезвычайной ситуации или инциденте!

Poor support. On 07.08 in Dolgoprudny I took a scooter 087-857. When pressing the "gas" the scooter did not go, although the charge level was normal. Stopped renting after a minute. But I was charged 51 rubles for this. Wrote several appeals to support with a request to return the money, but I did not even respond.
